Multiple participants
Add as many participants as you need, each with their own city and availability window.
Visual availability sliders
Set working hours with drag sliders. See everyone's availability at a glance on timeline strips.
Conflict detection
Finds the best meeting times and warns when schedules conflict, showing the least-conflict option.
PDF export
Generate a formatted PDF showing every participant's times, for sharing and reference.
Email scheduling
Send meeting invites to participants with times converted to their local timezone.
Privacy
All calculations happen in your browser. No data is stored on servers.
No account is required. There is no sign-up and no login.
