    A free 30-minute call. You describe what is slow, broken or missing. I say whether I can help and roughly what it would cost.

  2. Agreed scope

    A written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts. No day rates, no surprises.

  3. Working demos

    Weekly updates and staging links you can open wherever you are. You see the work as it takes shape, not at the end.

  4. Testing

    Real data, real devices and the edge cases written down, so launch day is not the first test.

  5. Handover

    Full source code, documentation and the credentials for every service used. Everything I build is yours.

  6. Optional support

    Ongoing care if you want it: updates applied, security alerts handled, small problems fixed early. Never required.

I build from Reading, England for clients anywhere. Everything runs remotely: staging links you can open wherever you are, calls that land in your working day, and written handovers you can come back to.

For far-away time zones the gap works in your favour. My New Zealand clients send a brief at their close of business and review the work at breakfast.

Every project gets a fixed quote up front. You own everything I make.

No day rates and no surprises. The scope we agree sets the quote. At handover you get the full source code, the documentation and the accounts for every service the work depends on.
