Personal projects and early builds, listed while they are still in progress.
A desk robot that listens and speaks, sees and remembers. It has no face and shows attention and emotion through light. A physical key loads its personality.
A photographic space mission in development. A small spacecraft planned to photograph Earth as it recedes, fly close past the Moon and capture the two together.
Adaptive learning platform that builds a cognitive model of each learner and shapes its teaching around it. Next.js, Supabase, live at glim.study.
Fountain-native screenwriting app for Mac, iPad, and iPhone with AI script analysis across 11 dimensions, iCloud sync, and industry-standard exports.
Multi-tenant restaurant booking platform. Reservations, table management, and customer messaging.
Platform rebuild for the London acting school where I am CTO. My own venture, built to the same standard as client work.
Multi-tenant booking platform for dog parks and equestrian venues. A joint build with a business partner, started July 2026.
A local-first semantic knowledge base for macOS. Capture, enrich, and surface resources with on-device AI.
Personal remote desktop for Apple platforms. Access your Mac from any Mac, iPhone, or iPad with end-to-end encryption.
Menu bar app that surfaces random fragments from a personal knowledge graph as ambient, dismissible bubbles on the desktop.
On-device pet memory book for iPhone and iPad. Auto-ingests photos via People & Pets recognition, drafts captions with Apple Foundation Models, and exports to printed hardcover books and AI-narrated audiobooks in your own voice.
iPad app for learning Morse code through tap-based input on a binary tree. Short tap is a dot, long press is a dash. The app walks the tree, lights up the path, and decodes letters in real time.
Single-player liminal horror maze for macOS. Procedurally-generated office and mall corridors, audio-driven dread, no combat, no story. Built in Godot 4. Find the emergency exit before what is behind you catches up.
Mac app that groups a cluttered Desktop and Downloads into clusters, proposes where each one goes, and shows its reasoning. Local-only AI, learns from every override, never auto-trashes.
Ambient AI radio station for one listener. A Python daemon reads from my exocortex, generates short segments with Claude, voices them with on-device TTS, and a SwiftUI menu bar app plays them continuously. Personal-use only, never going to the App Store.
Local-first personal task orchestrator for macOS. Watches my inboxes and Slack, recognises requests that match learned workflows, then executes them through whichever runtime fits the job (browser automation, Python, native scripts, n8n). A daemon does the work, a menu bar app surfaces pending approvals, a SwiftUI dashboard runs the registry. Workflows graduate from observed to autonomous as trust accrues.
I run Developing Films Ltd alongside my consultancy. A short film, a limited series and a feature screenplay are in development, two of them with Kevin McNally attached. I'm a qualified editor and available for selected editing, screenwriting and directing work.
