Hi Guys! I’m still in London, and haven’t had time to film too much this week. I’ve published another video, just summarising what I’ve been up to and talking about my plans for the future. Check it out!
Out and About in London
I had another tweet liked by Ricky Gervais, after seeing Life on the Road. What a great movie! All of the humour and cringe you expect from David Brent, with a lot heart in it as well. Check out the trailer below, and definitely go see it if you have the chance.
I went to the Odeon in Greenwich, and paid about £14 for “premier” seating. That’s not like New Zealand’s premiere seating – no comfy couches or hot food delivery… it’s just twice as much money for a slightly larger seat!
I ended up being the only one in the cinema, I guess because I went to a 4:30pm screening.
I caught up with my cousin Steph, her husband Steve and Steph’s friend.. Steph (I know!). We went to the Chislehurst Caves, where the tour guide who was seemingly recovering from not making it as a stage actor, kept upsetting the children with veiled threats .. at one point he told a little boy “sarcasm will be punished”. The caves were great though, they were used by the locals to shelter during the war, and there are miles of them.
The Book of Mormon
We also saw The Book of Mormon, which was fantastic, hilarious and irreverent 😉
Last Sunday we went to the White Swan pub in Charlton for a final Sunday Roast before Steph and Steve began their journey back to New Zealand.
In the video, I also talk about my future travel and other video plans.
Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel! I’d really like to get to 100 subscribers so I can get a custom YouTube URL, rather than https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_PXZjgZVzEKg5vmaCZEK6w 😉
